Heini Ryynänen is a talent agent and producer, and the founder of Aura Collective Entertainment, a Helsinki-based agency and production company operating internationally. She represents a new generation of entertainment professionals combining representation, production, and creative development.

Since founding Aura in 2021, she has developed a hybrid agency model that brings talent management and in-house production together. She works with creative professionals across the industry to develop film projects, ideas, and collaborations, creating opportunities that grow from within the creative community.
