Kirpi Uimonen is an experienced Hollywood journalist, producer, author, photographer, podcast host and event coordinator who has been working in Los Angeles since 2002.

In 2011 she was elected to the international journalistic group, Hollywood Foreign Press Association, responsible for nominating and selecting Golden Globe recipients. In this capacity, she has closely collaborated with major studios, coordinating hundreds of press events in the United States and Globally and produced over 200 episodes of the organization's podcast with Hollywood personalities. She also served in the board of directors for over eight years.

Kirpi's contributions extended to logistical roles at the Golden Globes, including organizing seating and ticketing arrangements, escorting winners and participating in the eligibility committee. These responsibilities provide her with valuable insight into organizing high-profile Hollywood events.

She is a founder of the Finnish film event Midsummer in Hollywood, co-founder of the Nordic Film Festival in Los Angeles, founder of the ARVL Agency and has recently co-hosted podcasts Take Three and Hollywood Edit.
